I do keep track of the browsers and operating systems used to access this site. In order to determine the number of unique visitors and where they are from, ip addresses and/or host names are recorded for all visitors. In order to determine what brought them here, I also keep track of what site referred them. Most search engines are nice enough to let me know what terms you entered in your search. If you are using a recent version of Internet Explorer, I will be able to tell if you added me to your favorites (IE makes a request for favicon.ico when you add a site to your favorites list).

On most of the pages, 100% of the content is served from gpb.seanet.com. However, some pages may contain images served from other hosts. If your browser supports http_referrer (most do), the sites those images are served from will know which page of mine you were browsing.

Privacy also works both ways on this site. I feel no obligation to divulge any personal information about myself, although I sometimes do.
